1. Current Sales Status

This website does not currently sell ARKEM game licenses or other digital products directly. Links to third-party services, such as Steam, are provided for discovery and community purposes.

2. Purchases Through Third-Party Platforms

If ARKEM is purchased through a third-party platform, the refund, return, and withdrawal rules of that platform apply. Please review the applicable platform policy before completing a purchase.

3. Direct Digital Purchases

If Arkem Game Studio offers direct digital purchases in the future, the relevant checkout flow will provide the legally required information about withdrawal rights before the purchase is completed.

4. Digital Content Withdrawal Notice

For digital content, withdrawal rights may expire once delivery begins, if the customer has expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right, where this is permitted by law.
